Starting in the 1980s, the Maltese family built a legacy — one customer at a time. From neighborhood counters to family tables, A&S Prime Meats and Deli became a household name in Ft. Lauderdale. Through the ’90s and 2000s, millions came to know the flavor, the quality, and the tradition.
